Work Environment

This position is set within an apartment/condominium complex located in an urban area, providing a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespersons for larger repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety.
