We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Killam Apartment REIT. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and renovations, to ensure the properties are in good condition.

• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action to prevent damage.

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the multi-family housing industry.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, with the ability to perform minor repairs and renovations.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
