About the Role
Springboard is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering youth and adults to achieve their aspirations. We are seeking a dedicated Youth Justice Worker to become a vital part of our Justice Services division. This is a full-time, permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate community referral resources
- Evaluate and process client referrals
- Oversee case management documentation
- Engage in program assessment and improvement
- Lead group programming initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Child and Youth Care, or Social Work
- At least 2 years of experience in youth services
- Familiarity with the Youth Criminal Justice Act
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
