Youth Justice Worker

Springboard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Justice Worker to join our Community Justice Services team. As a Youth Justice Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to young people aged 12-24 who are involved in the youth justice system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person and group programming to young people, including skill-development workshops and support groups.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including court personnel, social services, and mental health organizations.
- Provide case management and support to young people, including referrals to community resources and services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program plans and evaluations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting young people.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Social Work, Child and Youth Work, or related field.
- 2 years of experience working with youth and/or vulnerable populations.
- Knowledge of the youth justice system and community resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
