Hotel Receptionist

The Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests at Comfort Inn & Suites. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of the hotel.

• Guest Registration: Welcome arriving guests and efficiently assign rooms.
• Reservation Management: Handle group arrivals and departures, including taking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
• Information Provision: Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services.
• Checkout Process: Manage guest departures, calculate charges, and process payments.
• Inventory Maintenance: Keep track of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
• Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages to guests.
• Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to provide requested wake-up calls.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Employment Type: Permanent position.
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
• Work Hours: Availability for 30 to 40 hours per week.
