This role plays a critical part in delivering outstanding creative and graphic design that showcases our content and brand. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services to our clients. Our employees play a vital role in delivering value to clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

We're seeking a creative visual storyteller who can bring our content to life through video, graphic design, and mixed media tools. If you're always on the lookout for innovative ways to engage your audience, we want to hear from you.

A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with our corporate and commercial marketing teams to develop Element-branded content for prospects, clients, and drivers.
  • Design and deliver visual elements for omni-channel marketing assets, including presentations, infographics, email templates, website content, social media, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Develop unique graphical elements and layouts using our brand standards.
  • Edit and produce online video content.
  • Edit and produce animated banners to support paid activity.
  • Deploy communications using email, marketing automation tools, and website content management systems.
  • Work across our group on various projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital and print graphic design and video production/editing/animation.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communications and time management skills.
  • Experience in B2B industry preferred.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Agility and a 'can-do' mindset.
