We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Integrity Corp.
Job SummaryThe Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
The Office Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent attention to detail.

The Office Coordinator will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
Support for Newcomers and RefugeesThe Office Coordinator will support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
Support for YouthsThe Office Coordinator will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
Support for VeteransThe Office Coordinator will provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
Support for Indigenous PeopleThe Office Coordinator will provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Support for Mature WorkersThe Office Coordinator will apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination and provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
Support for Visible MinoritiesThe Office Coordinator will apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
