Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Floor Supervisor to enrich the customer experience while growing their experience with a well-known Canadian retailer. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Guide customers in their decor choices
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Store Operations
    • Open, prepare and close the store
    • Train and coach team members
    • Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising
    • Ensure the performance of the store
    • Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
  • Leadership
    • Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for interior décor and merchandising
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
  • Experience in Customer Service Leadership
  • A passion for interior décor and merchandising
  • Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
