Position Overview

The Culinary Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food service within our establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Core Duties
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Train team members on their responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost projections.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Compile and submit operational reports.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food carts.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
