Job Title: Performance Measurement Advisor

Enbridge is seeking a highly skilled Performance Measurement Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and communication of cross-functional performance measurement reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain advanced scorecards and performance dashboards to improve operational areas.
  • Create and leverage tools for data collection, analysis, and communication.
  • Establish and manage effective data governance for performance measurement reporting.
  • Work with stakeholders to streamline and optimize reporting processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop leading measures and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance measurement, reporting, and/or analytics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated results in implementing improvements and driving results.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis software.
  • Broad understanding of gas distribution and storage data and systems.
