Enbridge is seeking a highly skilled Performance Measurement Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and communication of cross-functional performance measurement reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain advanced scorecards and performance dashboards to improve operational areas.
- Create and leverage tools for data collection, analysis, and communication.
- Establish and manage effective data governance for performance measurement reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to streamline and optimize reporting processes.
- Partner with business leaders to develop leading measures and key performance indicators.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in performance measurement, reporting, and/or analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated results in implementing improvements and driving results.
- Experience with Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Work Management in Gas Distribution & Storage.
- Broad understanding of Gas Distribution & Storage data and systems.
