Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects and change initiatives that support our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic project and change management plans to support key operational priorities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess clinical requirements and develop solutions
  • Provide clinical advice and information to facilitate consensus and problem resolution
  • Act as a strategic project leader for assigned site-wide projects
  • Apply change management principles to develop engagement strategies and action plans
  • Ensure projects align with corporate strategies and promote a common goal
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a clinical health science discipline or equivalent experience
  • Seven years of clinical project and change management planning experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Change Management (PROCI) is a preferred asset
