Job Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Rental Coordinator. The successful candidate will oversee the entire rental process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for potential tenants. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Timely response to rental inquiries through various channels, providing comprehensive details about available units.
  2. Conduct property tours for interested individuals, emphasizing key attributes and advantages.
  3. Establish and nurture connections with local educational institutions, enhancing relationships with students and staff to promote our rental offerings.
  4. Oversee the application process, including conducting background checks, preparing lease agreements, and facilitating move-in logistics.

  6. Maintain precise records of rental operations, including applications, leases, and tenant communications.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in English, Punjabi, and Hindi is preferred.
