Job Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Rental Coordinator. The successful candidate will oversee the entire rental process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for potential tenants. Key Responsibilities:
- Timely response to rental inquiries through various channels, providing comprehensive details about available units.
- Conduct property tours for interested individuals, emphasizing key attributes and advantages.
- Establish and nurture connections with local educational institutions, enhancing relationships with students and staff to promote our rental offerings.
- Oversee the application process, including conducting background checks, preparing lease agreements, and facilitating move-in logistics.
- Assist tenants with inquiries or issues, delivering exceptional customer service throughout their residency.
- Maintain precise records of rental operations, including applications, leases, and tenant communications.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all units are well-maintained and ready for occupancy.
- Engage in community events and initiatives to showcase our properties and attract new residents.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in English, Punjabi, and Hindi is preferred.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
