Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Balcarres Grocery. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Direct and control daily sales operations, plan and organize sales strategies, and manage staff to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and ensure accurate ordering to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services, and drive sales growth.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
- Language: English.
- Health Care Plan: Comprehensive health care plan for employees.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
