We are seeking a skilled Chocolate Maker to join our team at FAYS TERROIR CHOCOLATÉ INC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality chocolate products that meet our established standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for various sweet goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Develop and execute pastry designs for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
- Ensure the quality of our products meets our high standards.
- Gluten-free baking and decorating.
- Dessert and pastry creation.
- Cake decorating and chocolate work.
- Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
