About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Professional & Audio Supervisor to join our Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising Pro and Audio department technicians and activities, electronics troubleshooting and repair, and improving RMA's open-close lead-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Pro and Audio department technicians and activities
  • Electronics troubleshooting and repair
  • Work to improve RMA's open-close lead-time
  • Monitor and analyze RMA's aging
  • Work with purchasers to help define and implement replenishment strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Document Pro and Audio processes and key working procedures
  • Monitor and maintain balanced workload of the technicians
  • Overlook cross-training requirements
  • Provide weekly written reports summarizing major activities and accomplishments
  • Demonstrate responsibility and compliance with all safety and quality policies and standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians
  • Electronics diploma (mandatory)
  • 5 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting and repairing
  • Pro-audio equipment knowledge (Mixing Consoles, Wireless, Lighting, Amps etc.) is a strong asset
  • Strong leadership qualities, including decisiveness, integrity, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • CSA certification (Strong asset)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Candidates must be Bilingual in French and English (English is mandatory as we do Business across Canada and the US)
