About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Flynn Canada Ltd. as a Construction Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems on commercial and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of roofers, apprentices, and labourers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in roofing construction, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and any relevant certifications or licenses required for roofing construction.
