About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Canonical. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing and Data Quality: Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, and maintain high-quality data in our CRM system.
  • Sales Operations Support: Provide administrative support to our sales teams, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • CRM Support: Assist the sales team with CRM-related tasks, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales metrics and dashboards to provide insights and support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Academic Background: Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • Experience: Experience working in an entry-level role in sales operations or a related field, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work productively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Travel: Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events.
