About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Stock Associate to join our team at WINKS. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock levels, orders, and shipments.
  • Order Processing: Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stockroom Operations: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and availability.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of inventory-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
