Retail Store Manager

Lucky NE Edmonton LP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Order merchandise, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to meet business needs.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and conduct performance reviews.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Availability for shift or on-call work, and the ability to reside in proximity to the advertised location.
- Dental plan and health care plan.
