Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team at Comtech Group Inc. in Toronto, ON CA. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure or transportation sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
  • Hold a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
