Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team at CB Canada. As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for reviewing financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation, and month-end closing, as well as preparing corporate tax returns.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review monthly reconciliations, financial statements, and supporting documents.
- Sort and manage sales tax records, creating and filing quarterly payments.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable.
- Review and reconcile all supporting reports and financial statements.
- Prepare and review corporate T2 tax forms and US Tax.
- Perform secondary assignments as needed.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with year-end closings, financial statement preparation, and corporate tax returns.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Experience as a Bookkeeper or entry-level Accountant.
- Knowledge of tax notices and financial statement preparation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate tax returns and notice to reader.
- Deep understanding of bank reconciliations and analytical skills.
