Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our client-facing team. You will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition, and the client's successful adoption of our award-winning platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth and efficient transition to our platform.
  • Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate clients on the features and functionalities of our SaaS solution, tailored to their specific needs and business processes.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact during the onboarding phase and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, objectives, and pain points, and tailor the onboarding process to meet their unique needs.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed onboarding documentation, including user guides, training materials, and FAQs, to provide clients with easy-to-access resources.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or a related role within a SaaS environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is required.
  • Training Skills: Proven experience in conducting effective training sessions, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
