- Resolve Issues and Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that all staff members follow health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Consult with Suppliers: Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices, quality, and delivery terms.
- Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position with a standard 40-hour workweek.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This position is based in a supermarket or bakery department.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
