Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Field Technician to join our team at DataDrill Communications Inc. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing communication equipment in remote locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and configure various communication equipment, including VSAT, Starlink, Cellular Repeater, Wireless Intercom, Wifi, IP Cameras, Laptop packages, and Two-way radio & Portable towers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients while on site, maintaining a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Drive in all weather conditions on oil and gas roads (dirt/ice/mud) and work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, sun, wind).
- Clean and repair various communication equipment, replacing hardware components and accessories.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as writing field tickets and filling out timesheets.
- Hold safety tickets, such as H2S, 1st Aid, Fall Arrest, etc.
- Work a schedule of 15 days on/6 days off, traveling in B.C/Alberta/Saskatchewan, and be on-call 24/7 while on shift.
