Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Supreme Security. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment and security systems at various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to determine the requirements for repair
  • Install and repair electronic equipment, including alarm and security systems
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults
  • Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely completion of work orders
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors and in various locations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
