Physiotherapy Clinic Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to lead our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and quality care to our patients, while also driving business growth and development.
Clinical Leadership & Quality Care- Provide leadership in ensuring quality care delivery and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist clinical staff with managing caseloads and reviewing care plans.
- Deliver regular quality assurance reports and encourage a culture of professional development.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to patient care while implementing processes that elevate the patient experience and clinic outcomes.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire staff to achieve their potential, ensuring continued clinical excellence through ongoing education.
- Lead regular 1:1 meetings with clinical staff to identify growth areas and provide guidance to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Cultivate leadership within the team by identifying staff members with potential for career progression.
- Oversee internal operations, emphasizing the importance of goal setting and growth targets.
- Build and maintain business plans to support aggressive clinic growth.
- Foster a positive clinic culture, ensuring an outstanding experience for patients, physicians, and staff.
- Actively engage in the local community, participating in health events and supporting fundraisers.
