Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Summerland Management Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service establishment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, customers, and management to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
