Role Overview:

As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs through effective communication strategies, both via phone and online platforms.

Schedule: Full-Time; 40 hours per week

Compensation: $20 - $24/hour plus bonuses

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in an automotive appointment coordination role is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proven success in customer service roles
  • Strong customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to customers, both internal and external
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate customer information is maintained
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels and verify customer details
  • Utilize dealership management systems to conduct outbound communications for scheduling service appointments
  • Follow up on service inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers post-service
  • Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of service campaigns and follow-ups
  • Relay customer feedback and concerns to relevant parties and ensure documentation is complete
  • Adhere to Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation in all communications
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including drafting communication materials and follow-up calls
  • Stay informed on manufacturer maintenance schedules and updates
