About the Role:

At Mobile Auto Solutions, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our customers' experience by providing exceptional and successful customer service while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers in person and on the phone with a positive attitude and energy.
  • Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Maintain the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by maximizing role performance in sales, gross profit, net profit, customer satisfaction, accounts receivable, and cycle time.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the repair process.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair estimating or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in estimating software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
