Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role requires strong customer service skills and a good understanding of technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Determine the nature of mechanical problems and estimate the time required for repairs.
  • Follow up on the progress of each repair order, communicating with customers regarding changes in estimates or time promised.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and new quotes.
  • Assist the service manager as needed, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and other team members.
  • Work well with computers and data entry systems.
  • Meet the needs of our clients, providing accurate quotes and clear communication.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Superior customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to our clients.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Professional, dependable, and reliable, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Bilingual: fluent English and Punjabi (or Hindi) language skills.
  • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position, with a flexible schedule including 10 hour shifts, 12 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, evening shifts, and Monday to Friday shifts.
