As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our reputation for ease of transaction and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up new client accounts and explain our online service offerings in detail.
  • Explain compliance requirements and verify client bank details to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders via various communication channels.
  • Manage high volumes of client inquiries and deliver outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Follow up with unverified clients and address compliance and AML regulation issues.
  • Respond to client inquiries across all facets of the payment process.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and AML regulations.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
