At Visier, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way organizations make decisions. As a Software Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in designing, coding, testing, and deploying innovative applications that elevate our customers' employees and drive better business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement application solutions that meet the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Design and implement technical documentation, including user guides, system specifications, and troubleshooting guides
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users or identified through testing
  • Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure efficient and reliable operation
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure applications meet requirements and quality standards
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the application
Requirements:
  • Academic qualifications in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
  • Experience in application development, support, or a related field
  • Significant experience with ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated experience with programming languages, software development tools, and relevant technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
What We Offer:

We're committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $75k-$113k / year + bonus. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills.
