At Visier, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way organizations make decisions. As a Software Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in designing, coding, testing, and deploying innovative applications that elevate our customers' employees and drive better business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement application solutions that meet the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new or modified applications with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure efficient and reliable operation
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders, including identifying and mitigating risks
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure applications meet requirements and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Academic qualifications in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience in application development, support, or a related field
  • Significant experience with ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated experience with programming languages, software development tools, and relevant technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Base pay range for this position in Canada is $75k-$113k / year + bonus. Compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills.
