ROLE OVERVIEW:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the creation, processing, and management of data, providing analytical support to various departments including Business Development, Product Management, and Sales & Marketing. This role requires a strong affinity for data and a proactive approach to implementing data-driven solutions within a collaborative team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Generate and prepare data analyses and reports utilizing internal Business Intelligence (BI) tools to support customer and sales initiatives. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
  2. Analyze business processes and systems to identify risks, issues, and opportunities related to data management, product categorization, pricing strategies, and customer support.
  3. Create and maintain dashboards to facilitate data insights and decision-making.
  4. Manage the database of key customer contacts and system information.
  5. Support the setup and templating of customer products and related initiatives.
  6. Coordinate the documentation of industry regulations and certifications.
  7. Collaborate on projects related to connected business solutions and in-vehicle data utilization.
  8. Assist in structuring communications for customer data releases and product announcements through digital platforms.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A formal degree is not mandatory; however, a diploma or degree in relevant fields such as Programming, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration is advantageous.

Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Training: Familiarity with ACES-PIES Standards and E-Cataloguing is beneficial, though training will be provided for specific job requirements.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES:
  1. Proficient in Excel and Word, with advanced skills in V-Look Up, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
  2. Comfortable in a relational database environment, with training provided in internal BI tools.
  3. Experience with E-Commerce platforms and web-based technologies is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is beneficial.
  5. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  6. Basic programming skills are not required but may lead to future opportunities.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:

This position reports directly to the Business Development Manager and collaborates with various teams across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support.
