About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Insights Analyst to join our team at Hyundai Canada. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in the automotive industry.
  • Develop and implement research plans to meet business objectives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to product management, marketing, and sales teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Develop and maintain consumer insight tools and methodologies to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or statistics.
  • 5+ years of experience in market research, analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with consumer insight tools and methodologies, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations.
