Job Summary:

Tenaris is seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including HVAC systems for offices and industrial equipment.
  • Optimize reliability and maintainability of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Perform and oversee inspections in your area of responsibility, guaranteeing technical resource availability and ensuring a suitable minimum stock.
  • Draw up the maintenance cost budget and keep costs within agreed limits, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and practices.
  • Act as a shift leader, motivating, coaching, and developing your staff to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Mechatronic, mechanical, or electrical specialization, with knowledge of HVAC systems and residential and industrial electrical installations.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a strong asset, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
