  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, minimizing waste and ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Staff Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of our operations.
