Job Title: Precision Agriculture Specialist

Brandt is seeking a skilled Precision Agriculture Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our Precision Agriculture strategy at the field level for our assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Support of Technology-Related Hardware and Services: Lead the sale of technology-related hardware and services for assigned locations, including the sale of items within the Precision Agriculture parts warehouse.
  • Data Service Sales: Sell value-added data services, such as profit mapping and crop intelligence, and promote machine connectivity to provide operational efficiency insights.
  • Customer Advisory: Advise customers on data extraction and management, informing them of management decisions that can be made from data analysis.
  • Start-Up Optimization Workflow: Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure data and machine optimization is executed when equipment is purchased.
  • Training and Development: Train local service and sales teams on machine optimization and new technology items sold in the Precision AG Parts warehouse.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Uphold the Brandt standard for customer service.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of John Deere Precision Agriculture products is an asset but not required.
  • Availability: Ability to work shifts and/or weekends during peak seasons and travel to customer sites regularly.
