Retail Store Manager

Punjab Flour Mill Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize payments, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Prepare sales reports, inventory management, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including grocery clerks, shelf stockers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Non-smoking work environment.
