Position Overview

As an Athletic Club Supervisor at 2582048 Ontario Inc., you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our sports and recreation facility. Your leadership will ensure that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within a sports or recreation environment
Work Environment

This position is set within a dynamic sports and recreation club, where you will engage with staff and patrons alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and schedule events, programs, and activities to enhance member engagement
  • Manage staff schedules and monitor productivity to maintain high standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on progress and operational metrics
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support club activities
  • Address work-related issues, providing guidance and recommendations to improve efficiency
  • Oversee the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of team members
  • Train new staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Manage office and volunteer staff effectively
