As a Sales Team Leader at COBS Bread, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a small team to deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with regular customers.
  • Overseeing product merchandising and implementing marketing initiatives.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the bakery and assisting with production tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A commitment to providing a friendly and engaging customer experience.
  • Experience with cash handling and payment transactions is advantageous.
  • Relevant retail experience is a significant asset.
  • A positive outlook and approachable personality.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and a desire to acquire new skills.
  • The ability to lead a team of high achievers.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
  • Frequent use of both hands and strong gripping.
  • Regular operation of the POS system.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 7.5 kg, with some tasks requiring lifting up to 22 kg.
  • Involvement in pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching activities.
