About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Specialist to join our team at Maya HTT. As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation and training materials for our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, reference materials, and training courses, for our software products.
  • Collaborate with product management, software engineering, and customer service teams to ensure that documentation meets the needs of our customers and end-users.
  • Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to gather technical information and create accurate and informative content.
  • Design and develop uniform product documentation for all company products, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical documentation and content development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Science, particularly in heat transfer, CFD, or finite element analysis, or a Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in Mechanical Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Experience in software user documentation and desktop publishing, including graphics and videos.
  • Knowledge of and experience with HTML, XML, or other markup languages, as well as scripting languages such as Python.
  • Broad knowledge of CAE applications and the ability to illuminate complex technical topics.
