Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and optimize store performance to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
- Plan and execute daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Determine product offerings and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Manage store budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
