  • Authorize product returns and manage customer inquiries
  • Engage in direct sales and promote merchandise
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory, and staffing
  • Address and resolve customer issues, including complaints and supply shortages
  • Maintain organized inventory and oversee stock management
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team
  • Manage payroll and administrative duties related to sales staff
