Job Title: ILSC Activity Leader

ILSC Education Group is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Activity Leader to join our team at our Vancouver Junior Winter Camp. As an Activity Leader, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging experience for our students, while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Job Summary:

The Activity Leader will work on a full-time basis, supervising students during their weekday and weekend activities, and assisting with the planning and execution of program events. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students during weekday and weekend activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of program events, including student orientation, excursions, and cultural activities.
  • Work closely with the National Director, Juniors & Corporate to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to ensure a positive and inclusive program environment.
  • Participate in daily staff meetings to review program activities and plan for the next day.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with teenagers in a camp or extra-curricular activity environment.
  • Background in winter sports and social media.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and motivational skills.
  • CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certification (an asset).
  • English language proficiency (Spanish or Portuguese an asset).
