About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collection Specialist to join our team at A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our debt recovery process and ensuring timely payments from clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Debt Recovery: Identify and locate debtors, notify them of overdue accounts and payments, and visit them to collect amounts due or make payment arrangements.
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Client Communication: Answer clients' inquiries and provide information on their accounts and payment status.
  • System Administration: Work with online accounts and systems to manage financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on debt recovery and financial performance, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Language: English.
