Credit and Collection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Credit and Collection Specialist to join our team at A&M Canadian Immigration Law Corporation. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for tracing and locating debtors, notifying them of overdue accounts and payments, and visiting them to collect amounts due or make payment arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience. You will be responsible for storing, updating, and retrieving financial data, answering clients' inquiries, and working with online accounts and systems.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access
