AmerisourceBergen is committed to creating healthier futures, and we're looking for a skilled Caseworker to join our team. As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and healthcare professionals with telephone support, case management, and market research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned projects and cases, adhering to company processes and protocols.
  • Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing funding and access issues, compliance programs, and other concerns.
  • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, and adverse event reporting.
  • Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
  • Document all activities in program-specific databases and participate in ongoing training and refresher courses.
Requirements:
  • Broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, typically obtained through a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field being an asset.
