Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction and retention by providing personalized and trusted support. Your expertise will help customers unlock the full value of 7shifts, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via chat, email, and phone channels, effectively troubleshooting and resolving concerns.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and videos to educate customers on basic product usage, ensuring they get the most out of 7shifts.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to benefit from our product, understanding their business challenges and finding creative solutions.
  • Proactively track requests and common issues, reporting software bugs to the relevant teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Support team, participating in team meetings and discussions to drive success.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a technical customer support role (or similar) for at least 1-2 years.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly address customer questions and concerns.
  • Experience working with various web and mobile apps, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Resilience and resourcefulness to find solutions, leveraging strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to learn quickly, staying up-to-date on new features and product releases.
  • Curiosity to learn new things and take on new challenges, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to empathize with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
